The federal government has reduced the prices of petroleum products, providing relief to consumers amid rising inflation.
According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Petroleum, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs4.08 per liter, bringing the new price to Rs332.95 per liter.
The price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has also been cut by Rs2.45 per liter, with the new price set at Rs389.93 per liter.
According to the notification, the revised fuel prices took effect on August 04.
