Andrew Tate arrested from his home along with brother Tristan
Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were reportedly arrested during a home...
Andrew Tate was just taken into custody from his opulent villa, following a raid by Romanian police on December 29.
The Sun claims that before the police raid, Andrew’s opulent complex was stocked with weapons, fast cars, money, and a chess board.
According to the source, Tristan Tate, a controversial social media influencer from Pipera, Voluntari, on the outskirts of Bucharest, was also detained.
It is important to note that raids on Andrew’s villa and other properties occurred after he was brought into custody on suspicion of rape, human trafficking, and other organised crime-related offences.
Andrew disclosed in one of his YouTube videos that he went to Romania five years ago to avoid police meddling.
“Even if I don’t commit rapes, I like the thought of just doing what I want. I enjoy being independent, the 36-year-old stated.
In his social media posts, Andrew frequently flaunted his opulent 2,000 square metre property, which featured a chessboard in memory of his late father Emory Tate, an indoor pool, and a home theatre.
Additionally, Andrew posts images of the hideaway, which had leather couches and glass cabinets displaying his “kickboxing belts.”
Andrew’s mansion also featured a sophisticated security room with numerous live CCTV feeds and a sizable balcony in the raid video that went viral.
At connection with the alleged kidnapping of two young women in their home last night, police detained Andrew and Tristan and are still looking into the matter.
Six victims came forward following their arrest, according to the police, stating they were sexually exploited by a “organized criminal ring.”
