Kareena Kapoor has continued to embody health and beauty, not because she feels pressured to look a certain way, but because she prioritizes balance, self-awareness, and a deep love for yoga, according to her longtime trainer Anshuka Parwani. The Bollywood icon, now in her 40s, has trained with Anshuka for over a decade. Parwani revealed that Kareena has never set weight loss as a goal.

In a recent conversation, Anshuka revealed that Kareena was not only her first celebrity client but also her first-ever student. “Kareena was my first student,” Anshuka said. “I’ve learned so much from her. She’s incredibly in tune with her body. She has always loved yoga and understands herself so well that we can easily decide when to push harder or switch to something gentler. Some days, we just focus on breath work.”

The trainer also described Kareena’s current fitness routine, highlighting a mix of animal flow movements, strength-focused yoga, and cardio workouts. “We’ve found a great balance right now,” she said. “Kareena is absolutely glowing—sometimes it feels like there’s a torch shining behind her cheeks, it’s that beautiful.”

Interestingly, Anshuka said Kareena never had a weight loss goal, even in the past. “There has never been a time when she has said, ‘I want to lose weight.’ The most she’s ever thought about is maybe dropping a waist size,” she explained.

Kareena focuses on fitness to maintain her energy, feel good, and stay connected with her body. She prioritizes wellness over appearances. Her discipline and commitment reflect in her glowing skin and healthy lifestyle.

When asked about Kareena’s favorite and least favorite exercises, Anshuka shared that Kareena dislikes balancing poses like Vrikshasana. “She finds them boring,” she laughed. “But she loves Surya Namaskar and backbends. Yoga is a lifestyle for her.”

In 2024, Kareena Kapoor impressed fans with her performances in two major films, “Singham Again” and “Crew”, and continued to show her dedication to her craft. Her mindful approach to fitness clearly shows that she’s aging not only gracefully but also radiantly.
