LOS ANGELES:  Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are reportedly facing renewed tensions over their daughter Zahara’s recent graduation from Spelman College, according to media reports.

The dispute centers on claims that Pitt did not attend the graduation ceremony and failed to publicly acknowledge the milestone.

However, sources close to the actor dispute that narrative, saying he was not informed about the event and therefore had no opportunity to attend.

According to reports, Jolie believes Pitt should have been aware that Zahara was graduating this year and should have made a greater effort to be involved in the occasion.

Sources cited in the reports said Pitt feels he is being unfairly criticized, maintaining that he has attempted to remain respectful and engaged with his children despite ongoing family tensions.

The reports also claim that Jolie attended the graduation ceremony alongside several of Zahara’s siblings, while Pitt was absent from the celebrations.

The latest disagreement is said to have reignited strains between the former Hollywood couple, whose divorce and custody disputes have remained a source of public attention for years.

Sources familiar with the family told media outlets that the couple’s six children  Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne  hope their parents can eventually put aside their differences.

Neither Jolie nor Pitt has publicly commented on the latest reports.
