Joey King and her fiancé Steven Piet are commemorating their anniversary of love. The 31-year-old filmmaker and 23-year-old Golden Globe nominee celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary on Friday by posting a display of old pictures and videos from key periods in their relationship on Instagram. King wished his partner a happy anniversary in the caption.

She also included a Swedish song by Amason called “Tjugonde,” which approximately translates to “Beneath the surface the crocodiles, barracuda, great whites / And in the trees there’s brooding vultures / But right now they’re leaving us alone.”

King and Piet first worked together on her 2019 Hulu miniseries The Act, which received her first Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominations as well as two episodes directed by Piet.

With images from the desert proposal, the Bullet Train actress announced their engagement on Instagram in March. When you proposed to me on February 22, 2012, she remarked, “You made me the luckiest lady alive.”

“I never knew happiness could be so powerful that it can take the air from your lungs, overwhelming every part of you that you can’t help but feel your eyes well from the undeniable joy,” King started in the caption. “I never knew that a person’s presence and heart could feel like a real home. I never knew love could be so unquestionably beautiful. I never knew until you.”

She added: “I love you more than an Instagram caption could ever do justice. Hanging out with you forever sounds like a real dream, so let’s do it.”

King has declared she will never date another actor after dating her Kissing Booth co-star Jacob Elordi in 2018. On the Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM in 2020, she stated, “No, I couldn’t.”

At the time, King continued, “I think it’s fantastic to date someone in your business, who gets it, but doing the same exact thing as someone is tricky. It’s very difficult.
