In line with royal biographer Matthew Dennison, the monarch’s closest confidants have been Princess Margaret, her mom, and Prince Philip.
“In her long role as monarch, the Queen has probably trusted fully just three people: her mother, her sister and her husband, a trio to whom she was closer than any of her children or friends,” Mr. Dennison writes in his new ebook, The Queen, the Solar reviews.
Her Majesty shared a better bond with the three than any of her kids or mates, the author has stated.
The Queen misplaced her sister Princess Margaret and her mom inside a month and a half of each other in 2002, whereas Phillip died on April 9 this year.
