Princess of Wales Kate Middleton delighted royal fans with a surprise public appearance alongside her eldest son, Prince George.
Kate Middleton and Prince George visited the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby before Armed Forces Day.
Later, Kensington Palace shared a video of Kate and George with the caption “Honoring Service and Sacrifice.”
The statement said they marked Armed Forces Day by remembering their visit to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at RAF Coningsby, where they learned about the history of the aircraft and met the pilots and engineers who maintain them.
It added that the visit was a reminder of the courage, skill, and dedication of those who serve, both past and present, and thanked all service members.

In the video, Prince George was seen smiling as he sat in the pilot’s seat of an aircraft at RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire.
Kate Middleton also sat in the pilot’s seat during the visit.
Royal fans reacted warmly on social media, with one saying it was a wonderful surprise and that Prince George likely enjoyed the visit with his mother.
Another commented that it was sweet to see George with his mum, while a third said it was lovely to see an engagement featuring the Princess of Wales and Prince George.
