In yet another act of mob attacking targeting Muslims, a Hindu mob attacked a mosque in Jehanabad district in Bihar on Thursday.

In the Indian state of Bihar, a group of extremists attacked the mosque and assault the worshipers there.

According to details, attacks are underway at mosques under BJP-sponsored fanatics.

Sources said that extremists entered the mosque, tortured the worshipers there with hockey sticks.

Sources further said that the police arrested the suspects but did not take any further action.

Earlier last month, Kashmiri youth named Mir Faiz who is originally from Baramullah in Indian occupied Kashmir attacked by a mob in Neemrana in Alwar district of Rajasthan.

25-year-old engineering student Mir Faiz, went to withdraw money from the ATM when he became subject of extreme assault and was found tied to a pillar and being forced to wear women’s clothes in Rajasthan’s Alwar district on Thursday.

It is pertinent to mention that on December 6, 1992, The Babri Masjid was destroyed during a political rally which turned into a riot.

The report found a number of people guilty in the demolition, including BJP leaders like Lal Krishna Advani and former prime minister of India Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

After the martyrdom of the Babri Masjid, Hindu Muslim riots started in India. More than 3,000 Muslims were martyred and it is estimated that Muslim property losses were “100,000 houses, 1,100 hotels, 15,000 businesses, 3,000 handcarts and 5,000 vehicles in riots including Godhra, Gujarat train attacks.
