Putin honours brigade accused by Ukraine of ‘war crimes’

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday bestowed an honorary title on a brigade accused by Ukraine of “war crimes” and mass killings in the town of Bucha.

The statement became made on the 54th day of Moscow’s navy campaign in Ukraine, with hundreds killed and 12 million humans fleeing their homes or U.S.A. In the most important refugee disaster in Europe for the reason that World War II.
