Due to a Russian missile strike on a factory with a base in Kharkiv on June 18, law enforcement has opened criminal investigations. a source learned about this via the Prosecutor General’s Office press service on Telegram.

The investigation found that on June 18 at around 13:00 local time, a Russian missile was fired at a business in Kharkiv’s Industrial sector. One of the production facilities was harmed as a result of the strike.

The Kharkiv Office of the Security Service oversees the pre-trial inquiry into the breach of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) (SBU).

According to reports, the invaders launched missiles towards a gas processing facility in the Izium area of Kharkiv. A significant fire started.
