Police verification now required for Pakistani travelers to UAE
Travellers from Pakistan, India, and other countries planning to visit Dubai must adhere strictly to the entry guidelines to avoid being denied boarding at airports.
The Dubai authorities require that visitors carry at least 3,000 Dirhams in cash, a valid return ticket, and proof of accommodation while travelling to the United Arab Emirates for tourism.
A travel agent confirmed the enforcement of these guidelines, emphasizing that visitors must have a valid visa with a passport valid for at least six months and a return ticket.
These rules, though longstanding, were not rigorously enforced until recently. The UAE authorities have now intensified checks to curb overstaying and enhance tourism.
