KARACHI: Meezan Bank has crossed Rs2 billion in total loan disbursements under the federal government’s Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar Program Known as “Ghar Ho Tu Apna” (GHTA), marking a major milestone in affordable housing finance.
The bank also recorded its highest ever monthly housing finance disbursement of Rs1.3 billion, reflecting growing demand for its Shariah compliant home financing products.
The latest achievement highlights Meezan Bank support for the government’s affordable housing program and its efforts to help more Pakistanis own homes through Islamic financing.
The bank offers a range of housing finance products for salaried employees, self-employed professionals and overseas Pakistanis.

Meezan Bank said it continues to expand its housing finance services through a nationwide branch network, dedicated housing finance teams, simplified application processes and digital services designed to improve the customer experience and speed up approvals.
The bank said these efforts are helping strengthen Pakistan’s housing finance sector while providing ethical and Shariah compliant financing solutions to homebuyers.
