Pakistani martial artist Rashid Naseem broke yet another Indian record of crushing most walnuts with an elbow.

According to sources, Rashid once again claimed his walnut-crushing record. This time he crushed 315 walnuts in one minute.

Before, Rashid set the record of crushing 195 walnuts in a minute. But later Indian martial artist Prabhakar Reddy broke his record by crushing 229 walnuts in a minute.

Later on, Rashid broke Reddy’s record with 256 crushing in a minute. However, in January 2021, Reddy’s student Sajeet Kumar once again reclaimed the record by crushing 279 walnuts.

Today, the Pakistani martial artist once again challenged the Indian martial artists and regained his position with 315 crushings.

to date, he has completed 70 international records in martial arts. The current record will also be sent to Guinness World Records for approval.
