Prime Minister Imran Khan called Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of UAE Armed Forces on Thursday.

PM Imran Khan and Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan talked about bilateral cooperation and regional issues on call.

The two leaders reviewed the prospects of consolidating the friendship and cooperation between the two countries on various fronts.

They exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments and issues of common concern and underlined the importance of intensifying efforts to strengthen regional and global security and stability.

Yesterday,  PM Imran Khan over a telephonic conversation, briefed French President and King of Jordan on Kashmir issue.

Prime Minister Imran Khan in telephonic conversations with French President Emmanuel Macron and King Abdullah II of Jordan informed them on the current situation in Indian-occupied Kashmir.

The conversation held with the French President Emmanuel Macron highlighted the curfew imposed on the Kashmiri people by the Indian government after the revocation of the Article 370.

PM Imran had told President Macron that the steps by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi stood against the United Nations Security Council resolutions on the Indian-held region and the International Law.

He went on to further shed light on the plight of the Kashmiri people who have been under an absolute communications blackout imposed by the Indian government.

Moreover, speaking to King Abdullah II of Jordan, he further highlighted India’s unilateral and fascist steps that come as a breach of UN Security Council resolutions.

He went on to reiterate that the Indian hostility in the battered region should be taken notice of by the international community.
