The petition against the trial of Pervez Musharraf in the Lahore High Court was adjourned till December 10.

According to details, the petition was filed by the federal government in the hearing of the petition against the trial of former president Pervez Musharraf, after which further hearing of the case has been postponed till December 10.

During the hearing in the courtroom, the public prosecutor said that the trial court’s notification came in light of the Supreme Court order. On which Justice Mazhar Ali Akbar Naqvi communicated with the government lawyer and said that according to the applicant, it was the Prime Minister’s authority.

Meanwhile, lawyer Pervez Musharraf Azhar Siddique said that I read the decision of the Supreme Court. According to the Supreme Court decision, the prime minister and the federal government had to make the case.

The court then asked where the attorney general is? To which the public prosecutor replied to the court that he too would come.

The petitioner informed the court that this case could be made without the approval of the cabinet.

The government lawyer replied that there was a PCO at that time. Later, the court adjourned the case and the next hearing of the case will be on December 10.
