100k youth from Sindh apply for Kamyab Jawan Program: Dar

Karachi : Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Usman Dar has said that 100,000 youth have applied from Sindh under Kamyab Jawan Program of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Talking to media persons in on Monday(January 27), Usman Dar said that the youth from Sindh would get at least 10 billion rupees under this programme.

According to the details, The success/acceptance of the applications ratio is around 15 percent. The reason for non-acceptance is, most of the youth applicants have no viable business plan, Dar said while taking to media here at the Governor House.

He said today Prime Minister Imran Khan will distribute cheques among up to 200 successful applicants under PM Youth Programme and then such cheque distribution ceremonies would be held in other areas of the province.

“Today, it is a start by Prime Minister. In March or April this year, we will move to other districts of Sindh,” he reaffirmed adding that the youth from Sindh would get at least Rs 10 billion under this programme.

Earlier on January 25 Usman Dar announced that the government will start ‘Kamyab Jawan Program’ in Sindh from 27th January.

Earlier in December, Prime Minister Imran Khan distributed the cheques amongst the successful applicants for Kamyab Jawan Programme – Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme.

According to the details, cheques amongst the successful applicants for Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme under Prime Minister’s Kamyab Jawan Programme (PMKJP)

PMKJP received one million applications  across the country  which showed youth’s interest and accomplishment of the programme.

PM’s Special Assistant on Youth Affairs Usman Dar, and other government official attended the ceremony.
