We are bound to implement Supreme Court’s orders, Saeed Ghani

Education Minister of Sindh Saeed Ghani said that they are bound to put Supreme Court’s order into practice.

Saeed Ghani said while talking to BOL News that markets will be opened on Saturday and Sunday as well. However, he showed his concern that women are going to the markets with their kids.

Saeed Ghani also said that the Sindh government will follow the Supreme Court’s order. They will make sure to implement the orders.

CJP Gulzar Ahmed issues orders to reopen shopping malls across country

Gulzar Ahmed, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) stated that they are issuing orders to reopen shopping malls across the country ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr.

The CJP on Monday issued the orders during the hearing of the suo motu notice regarding the coronavirus taken by the apex court.

CJP Gulzar Ahmed also ordered commissioner Karachi and additional advocate general Sindh not to seal any market even if they flout to obey the SOPs.

“Instead of scaring them make them understand,” remarked the CJP, after the commissioner told the court that some markets were sealed for violating SOPs.

he court also ordered that small markets should be allowed to remain open on Saturdays and Sundays.

Earlier today, authorities in Karachi reopen the markets which were sealed previous week after traders flouted to implement on the SOPs announced by the government to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.

Deputy commissioner for Karachi’s District South issued orders to reopen the markets sealed in the city’s Saddar area.
