Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Leader and Former law minister Punjab Rana Sanaullah has said that the present government is using National Accountability Bureau as a political weapon.

According to the details, Rana Sanaullah while addressing media in Lahore, said that NAB is a puppet institution, that is working as political weapon for Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf.

He said that PTI lead government has no agenda left for the well being of the nation and has currently adopted the revenge policy.

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Leader and Former law minister Punjab Rana Sanaullah said that flood of workers and masses is a proof that whole nation has rejected the moto of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf and stands with former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his party.

He said the government is targeting opposition without any proof.

In addition to this, he said that PTI lead government turned NAB office into a fort.

Moreover, when asked about the NAB’s summoning of Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar, he said this summoning is a bluff.

Rana Sanaullah said that NAB has summoned Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar just to show people that NAB is an independent institution which is a lie.

He said that days are over for PTI. They lead the country towards destruction.

Earlier Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that he won’t appear before the NAB along with a rally like the one planned by PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz. He was talking to the media.

Accountability watchdog, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Usman Buzdar on August 12.

CM Punjab has been directed to appear before the NAB over charges of awarding illegal liquor license.

According to the NAB, CM Buzdar had issued a liquor license to a private hotel, which is the right of DG Excise.

He has been summoned to record his statement in the inquiry, sources said.

It may be noted that Chairman NAB Justice retired Javed Iqbal vowed across the board accountability and added that NAB does not believe in any discrimination.

“Mega corruption cases will be led to their logical end”, he had said and termed corruption cancer and the biggest obstacle in the development of the country.
