Foreign diplomats and defence attaches of 24 countries posted in Pakistan visited Line of Control (LoC) to witness Indian aggression alongside of Line of Control.

Director-General Inter-Services Public Relations Major General Babar Iftikhar briefed the foreign delegation about the ceasefire violations from the Indian side.

Foreign diplomats and defence attaches of France, Egypt, Switzerland, Iraq, UK, Italy, Poland, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, South Africa, Libya, Afghanistan, Palestine, European Union, Bosnia, Azerbaijan,  Greece, Australia, Iran and other countries are visiting LoC at the Pakistani side.

While briefing the delegation, DG ISPR said in 2019 Indian Army used cluster ammunition along LOC deliberately targeting Civilian population.

This is a violation of the Geneva Convention and international humanitarian law.

Indian Army on night 30th / 31 st July targeted innocent citizens including women and children in Neelum Valley through Artillery using cluster ammunition.

Resultantly 2 civilians including a 4-year-old boy martyred while 11 got critically injured.

Because of severe impact on non-combatants, use of cluster ammunition is prohibited under Convention on Cluster Ammunition.

This blatant Indian aggression against all international norms exposes the true character of Indian Army and their moral standing.
It’s time for the international community to take notice of this Indian blatant violation of international laws on the use of cluster ammunition targeting innocent citizens

In 2020, the LOC was violated 2333 times by the Indian Army, DG ISPR informed the attaches.
