On Monday, the government has slammed the All Parties Conference (APC) with the top leadership of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) including Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Shibli Faraz, Federal Minister of Planning and development Asad Umar, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Federal Minister of Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry, condemning the opposition.

Speaking on the occasion, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Shibli Faraz said former prime minister Nawaz Sharif tried to make the 2018 elections look suspicious. He said The present government has an agenda to provide all facilities to the deserving nationals and accountability of corrupt elements. Shibli Faraz said  Nawaz claimed that polls were rigged but before making such statements he should remember that he remained prime minister three times while Imran Khan has been elected premier for the first time.

Federal Minister of Planning and development Asad Umar said Nawaz Sharif was looking completely fit during his speech. He said that the APC was organized to save corruption.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that Imran Khan’s fear is uniting the opposition.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi that he saw despair in yesterday’s APC.

The Foreign Minister said in his statement that yesterday’s APC was a combination of contradictions.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi also said that despite the Coronavirus challenge, the economy is improving.

The Foreign Minister also said that the opposition has called for a long march in January.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that time will tell what the opposition gained and lost in the APC while yesterday the army, judiciary, NAB and Election Commission were criticized.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi further said that the alliance of the opposition is not lasting, if the objective is achieved, these alliances will disintegrate while the names of the hardliners will be mentioned in the talks they had with the parliamentary leaders.
