Murad Ali Shah submits resignation as Sindh chief minister

As a part of the PDM’s protest against the present government, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Monday submitted his resignation before leaving for America in Bilawal House.

According to the details, Murad Ali Shah submitted his resignation presented his resignation from the assembly to PPP leadership in Bilawal House, Karachi.

He had earlier said that,

“I am ready to leave my assembly seat in line with the party’s decisions.”

It is pertinent to mention here that all opposition MNAs and MPAs are resigning from assemblies in protest against the government led by Imran Khan.

The handwritten resignation of Murad Ali Shah has been addressed to Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani.

Earlier, the PPP leadership had asked the lawmakers to submit their resignations to Bilawal House. Fazlur Rehman had asked all the PDM leaders to resign from their designations, however, PPP asked its leaders to wait before its Central Executive Committee could make a decision.
