Coronavirus: 43 more patients died in the last 24 hours

Coronavirus cases are once again accelerating in Pakistan as 43 more patients have died during the past 24 hours.

According to the latest data provided by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 1,927 new confirmed cases have been reported in Pakistan whereas 43 patients have died. The death toll reaches 11,247.

Moreover, 1,737 patients have recovered from the virus whereas 2,283 patients are in critical condition.

There are 33,063 active cases of coronavirus in Pakistan so far. The total number of confirmed cases in Pakistan are 530,818 so far.

According to details, total of 40,403 tests were conducted across the country.

Earlier on Friday, Pakistan recorded 47 more deaths due to the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours taking the national death tally to 11,204.

As many as 1745 more people got infected with the virus bringing the national toll of confirmed cases to 528,891. 2,075 more people recovered in a single day, so far 482,771 patients have defeated coronavirus.

A total of 35,839 tests were conducted across the country during this period. Overall 482,771 people have recovered from the deadly disease so far while 7,561,977 samples have been tested thus far.
