A shoe was hurled at Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Ahsan Iqbal outside the parliament house.
According to reports, chaotic scenes witnessed outside the parliament house when Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leaders and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers traded barbs and raised slogans. The enraged political workers hurled shoes at the PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal.
Moreover, when PML-N leaders Shahid Khaqan Abbasi Marriyum Aurangzeb and others gathered for the media talk, PTI workers surrounded them and interrupted by chanting slogans in favor of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Musadik Malik went furious over the interruption in their media talks. Abbasi vented his anger by slapping a PTI worker twice who was standing in front of him. The worker slapped him back, however, the security officials came in and took out Abbasi and Malik from the scene. Musadik Malik was also seen pushing behind the PTI workers.
However, a large number of security officials deployed on the scene brought the tense situation under control.
