KARACHI: Muttahida Qoumi Movement’s leader Farooq Sattar’s mother died on Thursday after battling with illness for a long, reported BOL News.

As per details, the leader’s mother was ill and undergoing treatment in a private hospital in the metropolitan city.

The funeral prayers will be held after Asr’s prayers today at KMC ground in PIB Colony.

Prominent personalities from across the country poured in their condolences on the sad demise including Convener MQM-P Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Amir Khan and Wasim Akhtar.

Not only this, Former Governor Ishrat-ul-Ibad, Chairman Muhajjir Qoumi Movement Afaq Ahmed, Anees advocate and Haider Abbas Rizvi also expressed grief over the death.

Meanwhile, PTI’s Imran Ismail, Khurram Sher Zaman and others extended their prayers for the deceased soul and the mourning family.
