AHMADPUR SIAL: Former federal minister for foreign affairs Sahibzada Muhammad Nazeer Sultan passes away in Ahmadpur Sial, Bol News reported on Monday.

Nazeer Sultan had long been ill and was under treatment at a hospital in Lahore. The Pakistan Muslim League-N leader was head of the Sahibzada Group as well.

His body would be brought to Darbar e Sultan Bahu for burial.

On December 4, former Pakistan Navy chief Admiral Saeed Mohammad Khan passes away in Islamabad, the Pakistan Navy spokesperson had said.

Admiral Saeed Muhammad Khan had served as head of the Pakistan Navy from 1991 to 1994.

He had played a key role in the construction and development of the navy and defense of the homeland, the spokesperson said.

Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi had expressed his grief over death of Admiral (retired) Saeed Muhammad Khan, he maintained.

“May Allah raise ranks of the deceased in Jannat and grant patience to his family,” the naval chief had said.
