KARACHI: Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Chief Hafiz Naeem said Monday that the party remained victorious on over 100 seats making it clear that the political party would go for protests if it was deprived of its right.

“JI is moving towards a clean sweep,” he added.

He was addressing a presser when said that the nation came out for voting and the turn out remained at nearly 25% adding that uncertainty resulted in the low turnout.

Hafiz Naeem thanked the people of Karachi for believing him and his party and said that the people voted for JI for the future of their children.

While slamming the delayed results, he said that the ROs are not providing the results and claimed that some maneuvering is taking place in Karachi.
