Lahore Weather Update Today
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicts predominantly cold and dry weather across Pakistan, including Lahore, over the next two days. The prevailing synoptic situation indicates the influence of continental air over most parts of the country.
Under these atmospheric conditions, Lahore and various regions can expect primarily cold and dry weather on Wednesday night and the subsequent two days. Western areas may experience partly cloudy weather, while northwestern Balochistan, including Gwadar, Chaghi, Turbat, and surroundings, may witness cloudy weather with the possibility of rain-thunderstorms.
Fog/smog is anticipated to persist in upper Sindh, Punjab plains, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during morning and night hours. Dense fog/smog is likely in specific areas, including Narowal, Sialkot, Okara, Sahiwal, Gujranwala, Lahore, and others.
Potential Fog/Smog Disruptions
Moderate to dense smog/fog is expected to impact vehicular movement on various Motorways (Peshawar-Swabi, Swabi-Islamabad, Pindi Bhattian-Lahore, and more) and the National Highway. Reduced visibility could lead to temporary closures during late-night to early-morning hours.

In Lahore, the minimum temperature is projected to range between 07-09 degrees Celsius on Thursday and 08-10 degrees Celsius on Friday.
