Afghan Taliban regime launched four rudimentary drones across the border in Balochistan as part of their patronization and support of terrorists outfits operating from inside their controlled territories, according to ISPR.
In a statement, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the hostile aerial platforms were immediately detected by Pakistan’s robust air defence network.
ISPR stated that, “Demonstrating a high level of operational readiness, the security forces successfully neutralized all four incoming drones using sophisticated countermeasures. As a result of the swift and effective response, the hostile attempts were successfully foiled.”
Such actions by the Afghan Taliban authorities seem intended to mislead the Afghan people, who remain under an oppressive regime. Taliban should understand that such irresponsible conduct only worsens the suffering of Afghans, ISPR added.
ISPR said that Pakistan Armed Forces remain fully vigilant and capable of defending every inch of the motherland. Any misadventures or cross-border provocations threatening the sovereignty of Pakistan and endangering our people will continue to be met with swift, decisive, and overwhelming responses under Operation Ghazab-lil-Haq.
