Boxer Amir Khan celebrates Eid-ul-Fitr with wife and kids

British Muslim boxer Amir Khan on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr has shared few adorable pictures of his family, including wife Faryal Makhdoom and two children.

Boxer Amir Khan took to his Twitter handle and posted his family photos along with Eid greetings to all his fans out there.

He wrote, “Eid Mubarak. Good to see we all celebrating on the same day.”

Moreover, among celebrities from across different industries and the political sphere, the sports fraternity also took to social media to send messages to their fans in festive spirits.

The social media was flooded with greetings from around the world and hashtags #EidMubarak were trending. Sportspersons including the likes of cricketers Babar Azam and Ahmed Shahzad posted their message on the micro-blogging site Twitter.

Pakistan Captain Babar Azam extended his wishes on Eid and wrote:

“I wish you all a very blessed Eid. May Allah SWT accept your good deeds, ease your situation and grant you peace, happiness & prosperity. The spirit of Eid is empathy and kindness; we can make a huge difference in the world with these two traits.”

Whereas, Cricketer Ahmad Shahzad wrote:

“As we thank Allah for his countless blessings & celebrate this auspicious day, let’s also keep in our thoughts and prayers those who have departed for the eternal abode, those experiencing the ultimate grief of losing their loved ones and those still fighting it out.”
