Brazilian Footballer Ronaldinho seeks bail from Paraguayan authorities in fake passport case....
Former Brazilian legend Ronaldinho Gaucho has contracted Coronavirus and is self-isolating.
Ronaldinho, the two-time FIFA World Player of the year was in Belo Horizonte when he tested positive for COVID-19.
He posted a video to his Instagram story revealing his diagnosis.
“I’ve been here in BH since yesterday, I came to participate in an event,” the ex-Barcelona striker said on Sunday.
“I took the test and tested positive for COVID. I’m fine, asymptomatic, but we’ll have to leave the event for later. Soon we will be there together. Big hug!”
Gaucho informed that he would remain in hotel until his condition improves.
He had won 97 caps for Brazil between 1999 and 2013.
Gaucho also became one of the most iconic figures in football history over the course of a playing career which lasted 17 years.
Earlier, being accused for entering Paraguay with with a fake passport, Ronaldinho spent a month in jail with his brother and and business manager this year.
