Judd Trump of England won the Masters tournament with a stunning 10-8 victory over Mark Williams of Wales.
The charismatic Trump defeated the skilled Williams by the scores of 10-8 in the Best of 19 to win the championship and claim his first Masters title since 2019.
Trump defeated Williams in a close match after a back-and-forth contest between the two cueists that went down to the wire.
Till the 16th frame, the two potters were still engaged in a tug-of-war, with Trump pulling ahead and Williams catching up or vice versa.
Williams was within two frames away from victory after 15 frames, but Trump dominated the following three frames to win the title.
Trump had three centuries and seven fifty-plus breaks. Williams, on the other hand, had the best break (138) of the match in the first frame.
