Monday’s Spanish Super Cup final between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona is set to take place at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh.

This is the second El Clasico of the year and the first after the extended FIFA World Cup 2022 layoff. It has the potential to be an important one because the winner might gather a lot of momentum for what will be a challenging season ahead.

Real Madrid’s defensive line has virtually no depth as a result of Lucas Vazquez’s ankle injury, leaving Nacho as the sole backup available for all four positions.

Despite Eduardo Camavinga’s start against Valencia, Ancelotti is most likely to start Toni Kroos, Fede Valverde, and Luka Modric in the midfield in Aurelien Tchouameni’s absence. The attacking trio of Karim Benzema, Vinicius Jr., and Rodrygo will take charge and try to continue their recent success.
