Honor has taken the smartphone market by surprise with the launch of its new X80 Pro Max in China a device that pushes boundaries with an extraordinary 11,000mAh battery, one of the largest ever seen in a mainstream smartphone.
Following multiple leaks, the phone has finally been unveiled, combining massive power with high-end display technology, a capable chipset, and competitive pricing.

The Honor X80 Pro Max features a 6.8-inch LTPS AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 × 2788 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate.

According to the company, the display can reach a peak brightness of up to 10,000 nits, although this is limited to specific scenarios during video playback.

The device is available in Black, Orange, Red, and Moon Shadow color options. It also carries IP68 and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance, along with an in-display optical fingerprint sensor.

Powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset, the phone comes in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants, with storage options ranging from 128GB to 512GB. It runs Android 16 with MagicOS 10.

The device includes a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilization, while an 8MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.

A major highlight remains the massive 11,000mAh battery, supported by 90W wired fast charging and 27W reverse wired charging.

The base variant (8GB + 128GB) is priced at around $295, with a limited-time offer bringing it down to approximately $250.
