He faces a total of 22 charges, including felonies for possessing financial documents illegally, misdemeanors, and petty offenses. Tyler is currently held in Garfield County Jail with no bond set.

This isn’t Tyler’s first brush with controversy. In April 2023, there were accusations of a cover-up after an accident he was involved in, resulting in concussions and a serious hand injury.

Born on March 21, 2005, Tyler grew up in Rifle with his siblings. His parents, Lauren and Jayson Boebert, divorced in 2023. Tyler also became a father at 17, actively involved in caring for his child despite not being with the mother anymore.
