Punjab Schools Summer Vacations 2024 Announced: ChNew School Timings Included!

As temperatures rise and the scorching heat takes its toll, schools in Punjab, both private and government-run, have come together to provide relief to students and staff. The announcement of summer vacations, starting from June 1st and lasting until August 14th, has sparked excitement among students and parents alike as they eagerly anticipate their summer plans.

To address the current heatwave and ensure the safety of students, schools have made adjustments to their schedules until May 31st. Classes will now commence at 7:00 AM and conclude at 11:30 AM. Additionally, on Fridays, schools will wrap up even earlier, at 10:00 AM. These changes aim to protect students from the intense heat, discouraging them from spending time outdoors or on playgrounds during school hours.

Educational activities will resume across Punjab schools on August 15th, signaling the end of the summer break. This extended holiday period provides students with ample time to recharge, relax, and prepare for the upcoming academic term.
