Karachi Weather Update – Residents of Karachi could experience another bout of intense heat in the upcoming days as temperatures in the port city are forecasted to increase starting tomorrow (Thursday), following a period of relatively cooler days earlier this week.
As per the latest weather forecast from the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Karachi can expect hot and humid conditions to persist over the next two to three days.

However, the Met Office said that the mercury is likely to surge past the normal level and reach 36°C on Thursday and Friday.
Earlier this week, the return of sea breeze led to a decrease in temperature in Karachi, offering respite to the residents who had endured nearly a month of oppressive heatwave conditions.
Meanwhile, rain in upper parts of the country including various cities in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have broken the spell of heat.
Moreover, the statement released by PMD highlighted that the hot weather conditions would be subsided by the thunderstorms and precipitations in the upper and central parts of Pakistan including Chitral, Dir, Swat, Diamir, Astore, Neelum Valley, Muzaffarabad, Murree, Galliyat, Quetta and Zhob.
