FDE announces summer vacations for Islamabad schools

However, undergraduate students enrolled in BS/ADP programs will continue their studies according to their semester calendar.

During the summer break, educational institutions will focus on improving infrastructure and operational efficiency.

Planned activities include physical stock verification as well as repairing and maintaining furniture, buildings, and playgrounds.

Additionally, in-house continuing professional development (CPD) sessions are scheduled for the last week of July.

The FDE aims to enhance teaching staff skills and methodologies through these CPD sessions. Heads of educational institutions have been tasked with involving teachers in these improvement efforts and utilizing their expertise effectively.

Teachers will also participate in training sessions, with schedules to be communicated later.

This initiative underscores the FDE’s commitment to fostering a better learning environment and ensuring that both staff and facilities are well-prepared for the upcoming academic year.
