Pakistan’s exports grow by 10.5% in first half of 2024-25
Pakistan’s exports reached $16.5 billion in the first half of fiscal year 2024-25, marking a 10.52% increase from $14.9 billion during the same period last year, according to official data.
In December 2024, exports totaled $2.841 billion, reflecting a slight 0.28% increase compared to November. During the July-November period, exports grew by 12.5%, reaching $13.6 billion.
This consistent growth demonstrates the success of economic stability measures implemented by the government in the current fiscal year. The positive export performance indicates steady improvement in Pakistan’s external trade position, with monthly export values showing a continuous upward trend.
These figures align with the government’s efforts to strengthen the country’s trade position and foster economic stability by enhancing international trade. The growth in exports reflects the broader positive impact of these policies on the national economy.
