Ijaz Aslam shares nostalgic memories from ‘Kashkol’ drama

Renowned Pakistani showbiz actor Ijaz Aslam recently shared nostalgic memories from the popular past drama serial ‘Kashkol’.

The actor posted a collage of several pictures from ‘Kashkol’ on Instagram, featuring himself with the cast. “Sharing some memories from my first drama serial ‘Kashkol’,” he wrote with the photos. “What an era, what a start! I played the character of ‘Rosho,’ which became famous on its own.”

Ijaz Aslam noted that “‘Kashkol’ became a massive hit without social media or YouTube, back when stardom was built purely on performance, story, and connection with the audience.”

The actor also highlighted a key difference from today’s industry: “We did countless rehearsals before stepping onto the set, which is rare these days.” He acknowledged that the showbiz industry has completely transformed. “But to survive and thrive, you have to grow with it. Still, I’m grateful for where it all began.”
