No Holiday Tomorrow, Sindh Education department rejects fake holiday notification
Karachi: The Sindh Education Department has denied reports of a public holiday tomorrow, calling a notification circulating on social media completely fake.
A spokesperson for the department clarified that no such decision has been made regarding a holiday. He explained that the false notification mentioned a closure of colleges, but in reality, all schools, colleges, and educational institutions across Sindh will remain open as per routine.
The spokesperson urged the public not to believe rumors spreading online and to rely only on official statements issued by the department. He said the education department takes such misinformation seriously, as it creates confusion among students, parents, and teachers.
He further stated that the government will only decide to close educational institutions if the situation demands it, and any official announcement will be made through proper channels. Until then, classes will continue without any interruption.
