Sindh To Disburse Salaries Early To Christian Employees For Christmas

The Sindh government has announced to disburse full salary and allowances/ full pension for the month of December 2020 in advance to all Christian employees/ pensioners of the provincial government on account of Christmas.

According to a statement issued here on Monday, the Christian employees of the provincial government (including work-charged and contingent paid establishment) will get their salaries/pension on December 19, instead of January 1.

Earlier, the Punjab government has also decided to pay the twelfth month’s salary and pension to the employees to the Christian community and retired employees on December 20. This decision has been taken due to Christmas. According to sources, instructions have been issued to all provincial departments and district accounts officers in this regard.
