The Sindh government has been directed by the Sindh High Court (SHC) to introduce a mechanism to check the use of sheesha and other illegal activities at the restaurants.

As per the details, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar headed a two-judge bench. The bench heard the petition against the use of sheesha and other illegal activities at a restaurant situated on the Super Highway.

Justice Mazhar asked the Sindh government’s focal person, “Why don’t police monitor these restaurants?”

In this regard, the focal person requested the court to give some time to report. The SHC approved the request and asked the SHO Site Super Highway to visit the eatery.
