Sugar mill of Hamza and Salman Shahbaz has been sealed
The sugar mill of the sons of Shahbaz Sharif has been sealed.
Al Arabia sugar mill’s owners were former Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif’ sons Hamza Shahbaz and Salman Shahbaz.
According to the details the mill was sealed by Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue Captain (R) Shoaib.
Along with the team he raided the mill of Hamza and Salman Shahbaz Sharif.
During the raid, more than 425,000 sacks of sugar were also captured from the mill.
The authorities came into an action after the complaints of farmers.
According to the farmers their dues were not cleared.
Sources also said that the more investigation is in the process.
Millions of rupees are owed to the culprits responsible for the criminal administration.
There are some farmers who still have not been paid for the 2011 sugarcane season.
Earlier, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had initiated fourth inquiry against Hamza Shahbaz in Punjab Assembly.
According to details, NAB has asked for the details of shares and investments of Hamza Shahbaz in the Chaudary Sugar Mill.
NAB had started investigations after putting Hamza Shahbaz in the list of suspects.
Hamza Shabaz had reportedly been interrogated by NAB, over being a share holder in the Chaudhary Sugar Mill.
He was also asked about the amount which was transacted abroad via Chaudhary Sugar Mills. Which account was used for the transaction of amount for Chaudhary Sugar mill, NAB questioned?
Hamza Shabaz was also inquired for not showing his investments in the Chaudhary Sugar Mill.
Resources have claimed that billions were paid to Hamza Shahbaz by Chaudhary Sugar mills.
NAB is also involved in the inquiry against Hamza Shahbaz in Ramzan Sugar Mill, Money Laundering and his possessions beyond income.
