The National Command and Operation Centre – NCOC has declared to make the COVID vaccination certificate compulsory for traveling via domestic flights from August 01.
The NCOC which is supervising Pakistan’s reaction to COVID-19 has asked citizens to get immunized by July 31 to avoid any hassle. “The citizens should get a COVID vaccine certificate after the vaccination process,” the body said in a message from its Twitter handle.

Those who would be excepted from the COVID vaccination certificate, according to the NCOC, encompassed travelers boarding abroad flights, foreign nationals, and those preventing vaccination owed to a consequence in the body.
Furthermore, those having a COVID vaccination certificate from abroad would also be excepted from bearing a Covid vaccination certificate from NADRA.
It is important to reveal here that in view of growing Covid-19 cases during the fourth wave, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) on July 17 instructed all employees to get themselves vaccinated against the virus by July 31.
Whereas, a notification was also issued by Director General Civil Aviation Authority (DGCCA).
“All staff must get vaccinated by July 31 otherwise they will not be allowed to enter into the premises of office/ airport from August 1,” read the notification.
Furthermore, the CAA has further instructed all relevant unit heads to present the report to the HR directorate concerning the vaccination reputation of employees by July 19.
