Andhra boy file a complaint of his friend for stealing pencil nibs

A little child walked to a police station to file a complaint against his classmate for stealing pencil nibs without permission, resulting in a smile on everyone’s face. Now, a video of cops attempting to resolve the situation has gone viral.

A group of primary kids entered the Peda Kaduburu police station in Kurnool district to file a complaint against a classmate for stealing pencils, according to a video published online by the Andhra Pradesh Police.

The video shows a child in a checkered shirt alleging that a boy in a mint green shirt has been stealing pencil nibs from him for days and that he has chosen to report the incident to the authorities.

The police officer is seen attentively listening to the boy’s complaints. When the child insisted on pursuing a lawsuit, he was advised to reconsider because the boy who was at fault would be sentenced to prison and his life would become difficult.

As the cops attempted to reach a solution by asking the youngsters to shake hands, other children came out laughing.

Despite shaking hands, the child insisted on filing a complaint and calling his parents. However, the police officer assured him that the offense would not be repeated.

Officials urged the accused to study hard and expressed hope that the two may have a friendly relationship.

According to the police in a tweet, “It only demonstrates their confidence on #Police who cares and serves all sections of the society in a friendly manner. These testimonies make Police more responsible in functioning with more accountability & transparency to provide the best services at the doorstep of the people.”

The touching video has gone viral, with many people marveling at how well the youngsters interacted with the cops and applauding them for their awareness. Many people questioned if the young child would grow up to be a police officer.
