The web version of WhatsApp has been updated to include a built-in custom Sticker Maker that allows you to turn regular photographs from your computer into stickers that can be transferred via the messaging service. To get to it, go to the attachments tab, Pick Sticker, and then choose a picture to upload. The feature will be available in WhatsApp's desktop apps in the coming week, in addition to its web version.

The web version of WhatsApp has been updated to include a built-in custom Sticker Maker that allows you to turn regular pictures from your computer into stickers that can be transferred via the messaging service.
To get to it, go to the attachments tab, Pick Sticker, and then choose a picture to upload. The feature will be available in WhatsApp’s desktop apps in the coming week, in addition to its web version.

Images can be altered after they’ve been uploaded to make the perfect sticker. To trim off the backdrop of a picture, draw an outline around the topic, and photos can also be cropped (though always in a square aspect ratio). You may also overlay emoji, text, and other WhatsApp stickers on top of your sticker creations.
Making your own WhatsApp stickers is nothing new, and there is a slew of third-party apps dedicated to the task available for iOS and Android.
However, having it incorporated right into the desktop and web versions of the service is a useful tool, especially since it allows you to modify snaps with the accuracy of a mouse pointer.
