Shahid Kapoor talks about his film Jersey says that it is a family movie and should be watched with one

On the release he said that the film waited two years before it saw the light. Even though it was quite tough for the film makers. But they however preferred health over entertainment.

Jersey according to him is a family film and have emotions that you will best feel with your family and friends. It takes you back to the fundamental of relationships and the basics of life.

The film gave Kapoor a sense of hope and a feeling to never give up. He says it’s a one-of-a-kind film that combines several elements. It’s not a sports drama in the traditional sense.
