Following the tragic incident in which an armed guy walked onto the stage on Tuesday night, comedian Jimmy Carr said that Dave Chappelle’s concert was an interesting night.

The 48-year-old comedian performed as part of the Netflix Is A Joke Festival at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

The guests were shaken, though, when a guy armed with a knife raced past security to enter the stage.

Carr responded to the event by posting a photo with Chappelle and saying, “The Hollywood Bowl concert with the legendary Dave Chappelle was nuts.” “I’m just glad everyone is okay.”

During the occasion, Chappelle praised Jamie Foxx for assisting security in apprehending the assailant.

“I simply want to say I’ve had a great experience,” Chappelle remarked. This guy is a genius; we have to keep him safe at all times, bro. This is what it all boils down to.”
