Paul McCartney is standing by his pal Johnny Depp throughout the Amber Heard trial

At his concert this week in Seattle, legendary English singer and musician Paul McCartney seemed to offer support for his old companion, Johnny Depp, despite his legal struggle with ex-wife Amber Heard.

The 79-year-old Beatle performed his song, My Valentine, at his Get Back Tour performance last week and released the music video for the tune, which includes Depp, 58.

While the Pirates of the Caribbean star is embroiled in a bitter divorce fight with his ex-wife, McCartney chose to offer his support for his old pal.

Jill Vedder, a concertgoer at the Seattle gig, shared video footage on Instagram with the remark, “Might be controversial to publish this video with J.D.” Don’t give a damn.”
