Amber Heard’s testimony missed, Johnny Depp’s legal team seemed to win major victory

During Amber Heard’s evidence in the defamation case brought against her by ex-husband Johnny Depp on Thursday, May 5, the actor’s legal team appeared to be overjoyed by a comment made by the Zombieland star.

When detailing a disagreement she had with her former spouse that implicated her sister, Heard brought up an allegation that Depp had reportedly shoved his previous lover Kate Moss down a flight of stairs.

“She threw herself in the line of fire,” Heard said of her sibling. “She was trying to get Johnny to stop. Her back was to the staircase, and Johnny swings at her. I don’t hesitate and wait — I instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs.”

A social media user pointed out in a TikTok video how one of the Pirates of the Caribbean star’s attorneys appeared to shake fists with someone and appear happy right after the words exited Heard’s mouth.

The reason for this could be that the supermodel herself has never verified that her previous boyfriend — whom she dated from 1992 to 1994 — ever touched her.

In fact, Moss told Vanity Fair of their former relationship in 2012: “There’s nobody that’s ever really been able to take care of me. Johnny did for a bit. I believed what he said. Like if I said, ‘What do I do?’ he’d tell me.” So it does not sound like there is any bad blood between the two.
